Dexclusiv Diet Consult (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Who we are

Dexclusiv Diet Consult is a nutrition consulting practice registered in Nigeria (CAC), operated by Chidera Okere, RDN. Our website is https://dexclusivdietconsult.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and enquiry message. This is composed into a WhatsApp message that opens in your browser — we do not store it on any server.
  • WhatsApp conversations: if you message us directly via WhatsApp, that data is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy (Meta Platforms, Inc.).
  • Email: if you email us directly, we hold your email address and correspondence for the purpose of responding to you.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide nutrition consultations.
  • To deliver digital products (ebooks) you have purchased.
  • To send you updates you have opted into (e.g. community newsletter).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-party services

  • Selar — processes ebook payments. Their privacy policy governs transactions made on their platform.
  • Google Forms — used for the free community sign-up. Governed by Google’s privacy policy.
  • Vercel — our hosting provider. May collect standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) for security and reliability.
  • Google Fonts — font files are loaded from Google’s CDN. Google may log requests per their privacy policy.

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Session data (if any) is used only to make the site function correctly and is not shared with third parties.

6. Data retention

We retain email correspondence for up to 2 years. Contact form data is not stored on our servers. WhatsApp messages are retained within WhatsApp as per their policy.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at dexclusivdietconsult@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

Our primary operations are based in Nigeria. Clients in the UK and EU should note that data shared with us may be processed in Nigeria, which does not yet have an EU adequacy decision. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
