Mission & Vision
Guiding every consultation, meal plan, and community challenge we create.
Our Mission
To empower Nigerians at home and abroad to take control of their health, build confidence, and live fulfilling lives through culturally relevant, evidence-based, and sustainable nutrition practices.
Our Vision
To be the most trusted and leading global reference for culturally intelligent, evidence-based, and transformative nutrition care for Nigerians, locally and internationally.
Why I Started Dexclusiv Diet Consult
My journey into nutrition didn’t begin in a classroom — it began with me.
There was a time I struggled with my own weight, trying to figure out what worked, what didn’t, and why nothing seemed to last. I had to learn, unlearn, and rebuild my entire relationship with food. Over time, I lost 12kg — not through extreme dieting or quick fixes, but through consistency, patience, and sustainable habits.
That experience changed everything for me. It opened my eyes to a deeper truth: most people are not failing because they lack discipline — they’re failing because they’ve never been given the right guidance. They’ve been exposed to confusion, misinformation, and unrealistic expectations that make lasting results almost impossible.
I didn’t start Dexclusiv Diet Consult just to give meal plans. I started it to change how Nigerians see food, health, and weight loss. Because too often, nutrition advice ignores where we come from. It tells us to abandon our culture, our foods, and our identity in the name of 'healthy living.'
But I built Dexclusiv Diet Consult to prove something different — that jollof rice, pounded yam, and egusi soup absolutely have a place in a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Nigerian food and good health were never meant to be at odds.
My work is also deeply rooted in purpose. I believe our bodies are a gift, and taking care of them is an act of stewardship. This is more than weight loss or managing a diagnosis like diabetes or PCOS/PMOS — it’s about helping people feel confident, whole, and well in every part of their lives.
